Breach is also a personal favorite. I recently watched a documentary about the real Robert Hanssen. Another recent watch was Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy. It has a grim, dreary ambience that effectively captures the essence of The Cold War and requires concentration with the dialogue.

Not exactly a movie, but 17 Moments of Spring. It's a series about a Soviet spy in Nazi Germany.

I don't like most Western spy movies because they're generally politically reactionary. The Falcon and the Snowman was ok though. Cambridge Spies was also decent.

Goldeneye. Not really a big fan of spy movies, to be honest.
