Love those spicy legs and thighs! I do, however, agree with the late Anthony Bourdain when he said you get more bang for your buck with the breast.

About the chicken breasts: No way bro! Thighs are the best part of the chicken! Although breasts are great for stuff like Chicken Cordon Bleu!

I tend to agree because with the breast you run out of delicious crispy floured seasoned skin and are just left with the meat.

Myself, I prefer dark meat, but I do see his reasoning in going for a breast - provided it's not one of those cost-cutting split breasts.

So is Popeye’s nation wide now? I pretty sure Al Copeland founded popeye’s. There are a few of his fine restaurants here and they serve the same biscuits as appetizers. :)
