shareExtra mature cheddar and Blue stilton are my favourites. Lancashire and wensleydale which are a bit milder but unique flavours. I also love feta, which isn't strong but has a lovely salty flavour and crumbly texture, it's great in a salad π
Love all of those, except feta. Recently I've discovered an aged havarti. Couldn't call it exactly strong, but sharp enough to be quite flavourful. I'm also a fan of gorgonzola.
