I totally forgot about this story. When I was younger, I lived in San Jose, CA because my parents lived there before moving to Grass Valley, CA (as I mentioned in my previous post). Anyways, I was at my friend's house and we were doing our math homework together and watching cartoons; suddenly, her phone rang and we picked it up. The woman on the phone told us only her name (which I can't remember what her name was) then she hung up the phone. Seconds later, we have a massive 6.9 earthquake known as the Loma Prieta earthquake; the date was on October 17th, 1989 (I'm sure most of you heard about that quake as it is pretty well known in the United States). We both hid under her father's desk and were crying. Days later, we had her dad look up the name of the woman who called us. It turned out that the woman who called us was the name of a woman who died in the San Francisco earthquake in 1906. My friend and I totally freaked out!!!!
