I've yet to see Magnolia but I've heard it's great.

I like several of his other movies but I think those would be the top three. I think he's an underrated actor.

I haven't seen "A Few Good Men" yet but it seems to be highly regarded here. I'll have to check it out.

Collateral. He's real good as a villain but rarely takes those roles. I also love the movie.

Cocktail. Tom Cruise at peak hotness in my opinion. He's written as such a dick in the movie but just exudes charm no matter what.

Tropic Thunder. I just like it because it's a wild departure from his norm, similar to Collateral. Except from what I can remember he's just a douche and not like a killer or anything.
