It's a pain in the butt to upkeep, especially if you have a head full of long silky straight hair like me, going down below my waist after not cutting it in over 4 years. Beats having bangs for so long though, always falling down in my face regardless of what length it is.

You do you boo. I’m all for it. I wish more people had the balls to be themselves in this society. Things would be way more interesting. Would people laugh at you? Yeah probably, but fuck their boring conformist asses anyway.
Repunzel had gorgeous hair.
What you say is spot on, especially since Rapunzel was not allowed to openly express herself to others, hidden away from society in the tower where she resided for much of her life, only to break free of the constraints around her.
