Which is the right way to pronounce it? With the "t" or without? I hear both.

I've heard it pronounced both ways, and according to my dictionary, both are correct. I use the t.

I tend to go with the silent t pronunciation.
shareIn Australia we don't pronounce the "T". Then again we pronounce Australia as "Oz-tra-ya" so we don't really give a shit about the way things are spelled.
shareI don't usually use it. But in my dialect it's 'offen.'
shareI'm pretty sure I use the t and I'm Australian. Then again, I don't pronounce the letter H with an H at the start (a very annoying thing that many Aussies do. Drives me insane!).
