Do you own a bathrobe ??

No and never will.

reply

Yes for my apres-shower routine.

reply

I've been given a couple over the years as gifts, but never used one more than a few times.

reply

I like them. Bathrobes make me feel invincible after shower.

reply

No

Bathrobes are lady-like...they are sort of cute on a lady
Every lady i ever knew seemed to have a couple of them

Bathrobes on a guy would be a bit weird and silly looking to me

reply

I have a neighbor who does a lot of outside things in his robe like putting out the garbage. Real strange,

reply

Sounds like a 'watchlist' type

Avoid

reply

How is that strange? Because it's not something you would do? Nothing outrageous about wearing a bathrobe to spend 30 seconds putting out the garbage. Another symptom of our increasingly-growing narcissistic society ("it's not what I would do, so it must be strange") Your self-confident neighbor likely thinks it strange that you think it's strange..

reply

You can see his hairy legs and he wears sandals. It is not becoming imo.

reply

And he doesn't find your UN-manliness, hairless legs, and halitosis becoming. What can you do. You do seem very "interested" in him, however. Maybe he can buy a bowl of Cheerios to cry in.

reply

There's only so much a man can do while wearing a robe. This neighbor is testing the limits.

reply

Hugh Hefner looked pretty suave in one

reply

Don't own a bath robe...but I do have an old flannel robe I'll wear when out in the garage in the winter. The garage is heated...but I keep it at 55°...so too cold for t-shirt and boxers.

Also have some smoking jackets...for when I'm feeling regal😉

reply

Off topic but how do you heat your garage?
Im always in my garage and it is freezing!

reply

I've an old janitrol unit...like you see at the mechanics shop...school gymnasiums and etc. It's connected to the furnace duct work. Want to be really blown away...my crawl space is also heated 😂 just straight ducts from the furnace...no blower like in the garage 👍

reply

Huh...i had to google Janitrol
Turns out there is a dealer/repair company 20 minutes away!

I really need to heat this garage...my fingers are falling off in here!

Thx man, much obliged

reply

Link for a similar unit👍

reply

And no problem my man!

reply

Hit submit to early😱

Something a bit like this...

I don't see the union where the duct work conects...mine is on top...this model is probably on the back👍 the duct work is for the exhaust...gotta have the unit rigged to the gas...get a plumber or hvac guy! And you'll be smoking and rocking in comfort👍

PS...Insulate the garage and seal all cracks and draft spots!!!

reply

Great info
Seems affordable as well!
Greatly in your debt DF👍

reply

It was a banner f***in' year at the old Shogun family. I got a garage heater! The old man grabbed me and said "Hey. Smoke up Johnny."

reply

So you sit around your garage during winter ?? Doing what ??

reply

My work shop is out there...all the filter boxes and bio filters for my fish ponds...it's where I smoke. A man's home should be in the garage 👍

reply

sounds good. my basement is my sanctuary.

reply

I sometimes envy you non smokers.

reply

Yes. I own at least 5.

Don’t you ever get cold when you are in your jammies?

reply

The house is warm enough.

reply

I don't and I don't think I ever will either.

reply

I've never owned a bathrobe but I've always wanted one so I could wear it like The Dude.
