They're certainly not great, but they're not as bad as people make them out to be.

I hated them, until I had them roasted. Whole new experience. Cut them in half, bake on olive-oiled cookie sheet in hot oven (until you can stick a fork through them easily), sprinkle with salt. 👍🏼

There is a restaurant where my husband and I live by called Lazy Dog restaurant. They have the best brussel sprouts in the world. My husband and I love them!!!
