Would you resort to violent defense if somebody tried to assault you or damage your property?
Yes, but only then.
shareYes, but only then.
shareYes if they tried to assault me. Legally animals are considered property, so if you're including them, you bet your boots I would! They're family.
shareYes, that is why I have a CW and carry a North American Arms Pug 22 Mag with a laser, but in MS women do not have to have a permit. We are also an Open Carry state, but I’ve never noticed anyone’s weapon being visible. My husband has his 38 by him at all times. The next time we have a home invasion the guy isn’t walking out. We’ve had two. The first no one was at home. The second one my husband was home, but the door braces and reinforced door jamb prevented entry. Maybe the fact the invaders could also see the 38 pointed at them through the glass made them make a wiser choice...run like hell!
shareThe .22 Magnum is a very underrated caliber.
sharePlease explain further. I’m always interested in more information about things I own.
shareWhen people think of .22, its usually the .22 LR. It doesn't have much use except for plinking and small game hunting - rabbits, squirrel, etc. The .22 Magnum on the other hand packs quite the wallop for its size and is ideal for concealed carry.
I'd personally prefer a 5 round compact revolver in .22 Mag, but whatever your comfortable with is most important.
Thank you much for confirming what I understood my little revolver could do. When I was purchasing mine a guy in back of me laughed and said “My grandmother has one of those and I told her she would have better luck throwing the thing!” The salesman put him in his place real quick by responding “This is a .22 magnum and will bring down a deer!” The guy suddenly got quiet!
shareYes, but I live in Massachusetts, so I would probably be arrested for defending myself.
shareIt's always a choice
