a few of warhol films directed by paul morrissey are great trashy fun imo (particularly the monster ones - dracula & especially frankenstein), but i found trash and heat to be complete bores. they have a cult audience, and it's been a good length of time since i saw them, but i recall them just feeling deadening.
shareTwin Peaks Fire Walk With Me. I stayed with this cinematographic cesspool until the end to see if it would at some point make any sense at all. By the end, I knew I was duped and really wanted to kill myself painfully and messily but I didn't want the film makers to have the satisfaction to know that I killed myself over their garbage.
The Straight Story. David Lynch's most normal movie is painfully dull. I also found Rogue One to be very boring, but not so with the saga movies.
