I wouldn't think that film is obscure. It's relatively well known as the first Coen Brothers film to make a mark and appears to be studied a lot in film classes where I'm from. But great movie.

Demon cop 1990.Terrible terrible movie.I only recommend it for a good laugh.I'm shocked this never ended up on MST3K.
