The best line delivered by someone before they kill the villain?
So,in case you've forgotten, "License to Kill" has Bond setting out for revenge after drug dealer Sanchez disfigures Bond's friend Felix and kills his wife Della on the night of their wedding. Posing as an assassin-for-hire Bond infiltrates Sanchez's organization and earns the drug lord's trust. But, when Sanchez discovers Bond's identity he attempts to kill him. The two fight atop an oil tanker truck. The truck crashes down a hillside. Sanchez and Bond survive though both are now bloodied and soaked in gasoline. Sanchez grabs Bond, removes a machete, and before executing Bond tells him "You could have had everything." Bond's response: "Don't you want to know why?" And Bond pulls from his coat a lighter his friend Feliz and Della gave him for being the best man at their wedding -- which has an inscription on it that reads something like: "To James, love always, Felix and Della." Bond shows Sanchez the inscription before setting him on fire.
