Early man in 2001: A Space Odyssey. It was not nominated for an Oscar for best makeup because the Hollyweird pinheads didn't realize that they weren't real apes.

The lead actress in The Man Who Fell to Earth had terrible make-up on to portray her as older, later on in the movie.
