Your favorite movie monologue?

Dr. Evil's while he and Scott attend group therapy. "My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low-grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery," is probably the part that cracks me up the most.

For me it's a tossup between F. Murray Abraham in Amadeus
(addressing God) "From now on, we are enemies... You and I. Because You choose for Your instrument a boastful, lustful, smutty, infantile boy and give me for reward only the ability to recognize the incarnation. Because You are unjust, unfair, unkind, I will block You, I swear it. I will hinder and harm Your creature on earth as far as I am able. I will ruin Your incarnation."

and Leslie Neilsen in Naked Gun
"It's a topsy-turvy world, and maybe the problems of two people don't amount to a hill of beans. But this is our hill. And these are our beans!"

I, I, I know now they were only trying to protect some fellow officers...]
