Movie Title Riddle Game

Post a movie title which you have hidden with a riddle wrapped in an enigma.

Don't post the answer as a spoiler, make people try to figure it out. I only did that here as an example.

To begin: Bathroom Candle Core

ShogunofYonkers got this one, FYI:
John Wick
(Also FYI... There are a lot of unsolved riddles waiting in these pages.... Just sayin')

A Soul's Awakening (1922)

reply

Nope! You will probably love how specific this riddle is. I will say that the movie answer is a two-part title (with a colon), and I reversed the parts for the riddle.

"End the Dream: Inner Ghosts" just sounds lame, lol

Species : awakening ?

No, but Species was the right genre!

It's a video game based property, and one of the best video game movies, but also one of the least popular. It's often forgotten.

Dead Birds (2004), or The Birds 1963

reply

Nope! Dead birds could have died from anything. The answer title is true avicide.

reply

Birdemic: Shock And Terror (10)

reply

No... Maybe avicide just isn't enough for this riddle. It's too vague.

The movie was To Kill A Mockingbird =)

reply

The Eagles: Farewell Tour :p

or

Murder of Crows

reply

I had to ditch this one, too vague.

Answer is: To Kill A Mockingbird =)

reply

i tried to do that one also. i used lullaby singer for mockingbird which went down a whole different path and eventually scrapped it. definitely a tough one to narrow down without being too easy.

avicide couldve been plural. thats where i was stuck.
i was definitely thinking plural birds
maybe "commiting a single avicide" wouldve been enough.
but thats the fun of this. trying to give just enough!
