I was thinking there was a movie called, Wake Me When the Revolution is Over, but it doesnt exist. I think I was mixing the two titles together.
I knew there had to be a "revolution" in the title.

I thought it was "Martial Law" with Denzel Washington but that movie was actually "The Siege" (1998)
