Mine are Batman Returns, and the Return of Michael Myers. I don't want to invoke either holy trilogy but they have some damn good returns.

shareThis movie does not get enough credit, it's about a thousand times better than Man of Steel or any recent Superman movie.
shareIt has been a long time since I've seen 'Superman Returns' so I don't know how well it holds up today but I do recall Bryan Singer, the director, saying it was made not only for general audiences, but women particularly in mind. It's a pretty interesting statement for sure, not trying to make any assumptions but it might help bring the movie into perspective.
