I thought Harrison Ford's during the rope bridge finale in "Temple of Doom" was pretty iconic.

I can't think of the name of the movie, but the one where a dolphin places a mine on the underside of a yacht. He then surfaces to "razz" the boat owner, who responds with "Shit!"

Btw, did you know that is the most used last word on cockpit recorders of planes which have crashed?

PS It just occurred to me that it was the 1973 movie "Day of the Dolphin". It's rated 6.1 on IMDB.
