I can't find any... I know they created St. Elsewhere, but I didn't think it was similar. Heck, "Picket Fences" was closer, but that wasn't half as good.
I'm picky on shows.. I love The Larry Sanders Show, Peep Show, The Wonder Years, Roseanne, Little House on the Prairie, Seinfeld --- I'm picky, but I'm sure someone might understand what I'd like.
Twin Peaks. Not as much humor, but quirky.

NorEx was a really special show. Be glad it was out there.
I think a lot of shows were as good, but to expect to find a similar show seems unlikely.
We're talking, All In The Family, MTM, Barney Miller, Cheers, MASH, the already mentioned St. Elsewhere (Chicago Hope?).
A lot of great shows, but not like NEx.
That was one of my all time favorites. It was unique. I can't really think of any similar shows since then.
