I laughed when he died. The funniest moment in the movie.

Or Hitch looking into the Thames as the police are pulling a body out (I think) in Frenzy.

I'm pretty sure that he was walking the dog in The Birds. Wasn't he coming out of the pet shop?

Rope is one of my favorites. That shape is one that I never caught! Now I must watch it again!

His cameo in Life Boat counts! I still get a charge out of that idea.

Double play: Ralph Bellamy and Don Ameche in Coming To America.

I love all of Alfred Hitchcock's cameos in his films.

Martin Scorsese in Taxi Driver. He was funny!

Paul Micheal Glazer and David Soul in Starsky & Hutch, the movie.

Amen, Margo! As a body of work, Hitch's cameos are the best!

Difficult to think of one from the top of my head, but I do like Wes Craven as the Freddy Krueger-like janitor in Scream.

reply

Hugh Hefner had a good one in Beverly Hills Cop II.

George Lucas had a very brief one in BHC III.

reply

I thought Connery felt out of place in that cameo lol. He's just not Richard the Lionheart, IMO.

I always enjoy trying to catch Hitchcock's cameos in his movies.

Will Ferrell in "Wedding Crashers."

reply

Steven Spielberg in "Gremlins" and "Blues Brothers."

reply

Kevin McCarthy in the "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" remake is perhaps the greatest cameo because it continues where McCarthy's character in the original left off.

Great call !!!!

David Letterman in Cabin Boy. "Do you wanna buy a monkey?!"

reply

Wow! I didn't know he was in the remake.

One of the great remakes.

Martin Balsam in "Cape Fear."
Glenn Close in "Hook."
Johnny Depp in "Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare"
Peter Falk in "The Great Muppet Caper."
Daniel Craig in "The Force Awakens."
Robert Englund (without makeup) in "Freddy's Revenge."
Christian Slater in "Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country"
Bill Mumy in "Twilight Zone: The Movie."
Alice Cooper in "Wayne's World"
Robert Patrick in "Wayne's World"
Donald Trump in "Home Alone 2"

reply

What about both Gregory Peck and Robert Mitchum in the remake of Cape Fear ?
Sort of like Richard Roundtree playing a supporting role in the remake of Shaft.

And Spielberg in Animaniacs. That's really cool.

reply

Danny DeVito and Kevin Spacey in "Austin Powers: Goldmember."

And Spielberg in "Austin Members: Goldmember."

reply

Austin Members? Is that a spoof movie of a spoof movie?
