You should've listed your top 5 favorites, if you wanted better recommendations... I'd say The Wire, Game of Thrones, The Sopranos, The Shield, Early seasons of 24, Mad Men, Homeland are some good ones.
shareI am looking for something for next week while I am on vacation - 3 to 4 seasons. From the recommendations I am considering Rectify (4 seasons) Hannibal (3 seasons) and The Killing (4 seasons) - all are on Netflix Canada. Can't find The Shield. Thanks for all the suggestions.
shareThe first few seasons of the Killing are really good... I kind of lost interest but maybe it ended well.
Same with Rectify. Although I heard Rectify had a great last season so I need to catch up with that one.
The Shield is too long to binge in a week... but you should try to find it... I've seen it on one of the services... maybe they took it off though.
I second Rectify.
Bron/Broen (Denmark & Sweden) is my usual recommendation. Excellent series.
The first season of Cordon (Belgium) was great. I haven't seen season 2.
And for something lighter, I thought Santa Clarita Diet was hilarious.
