You would be surprised. Businesses now days want to out compete each other so much that they will offer other side things.

One time I went to this haircut place and they not only gave me a haircut, they gave me a head massage and a shampooing too! Sport Clips FTW!!

Being mildly experienced in this area, I can say that the best of these "massages" actually include a massage (along with other things). The perfect arc is: (beginning) massage - (middle) non-massage - end (non-massage).
