Weight training
Anyone here do weight training?

Not a serious body builder, I just work out with medium weights about 3 or 4 times a week and do some push ups and sit ups to stay in shape. I was really skinny in high school but I've managed to gain nearly 35 pounds of muscle over the years.
Yes, for several decades. I've also published four books, and numerous magazine articles, on long-distance running. And, by "weight training," I assume you mean resistance training, not training strictly to control your body weight.
shareI used to train pretty hard. Never got me laid. Nobody likes them big bodies no more. But it sure did get endless fools trying to be beat me up all the time. Never got cut. Couldn't shred down. Just made me look like a huge beefy bull. I smelled bad from all the crap I was eating all the time and it wasn't changing my life so I just gave up.
shareI go to my local gym every day and work out on a treadmill and then do some weight training.
shareYes. I work out every second day.
I have a weight set and bench at home so I can work out in my own space, free of cost. Never been into a gym in my life. I don't handle posers well.
I use to be more serious but I still do light weights and resistance and some cardio...
I also always try to incorporate as much extra activity into every day as possible like taking the stairs or walking or riding my bike to the store etc ..
The people at my gym that take the elevator still surprise me.
I have a brother that is a fighter. He has taught me ways to kill people very quickly with your hands. Taking eyes out and ripping out the jugular. Not something you want to do but when in need....
