I know that movies from the 1960s and 1970s are considered to be 'classic' these days, but to me 'classic' means the golden age of Hollywood, 1930s - 1950s. :o)
Back then, due to censorship, any movie about prostitution had to veil it under another, more acceptable cover. One good example would be "The Revolt of Mamie Stover" (1956).
Then when the decade turned to the sixties, a good early one where the real subject could be out in the open was "Walk on the Wild Side" (1962).
Moving up into the seventies, one good one that springs to mind is "Pretty Baby" (1978). I was in high school then and saw it first-run in the cinema.

There IS. There's "Angel 2" and "Angel 3: The Final Chaper" and of course..."Angel 4: Undercover". Every film has a different actress cast as "Molly". And I believe part 4 was direct-to-video. It's a 1994 film.
