How much do you like movies?

How much of your guys's time is spent watching/discussing film? For me its my #1 passion.

It's very hard to find a movie I like after watching about 3,000... Every night, I tell myself, "Tomorrow, make sure to at least try a movie", but I didn't. And when I do, many times I turn it off after 30 minutes.

I noticed that I hardly talk movies anymore. I post, and will even paste them onto other sites, but a majority of my threads don't get replies, and so it dies, and then I stop bothering, especially because I have a reputation for really long posts. Getting a "tl&dr" is discouraging, but I appreciate the honesty, which lets me know I shouldn't waste my time unless it's something popular, or a movie question I haven't asked yet which is broad enough to probably get a response.

I have seen less than a dozen movies this year. Five years ago, I remember once seeing 3-4 Eastern European movies from the 50/60s a day! I remember seeing 15 in one week, but because one is able to view so much, you tend to use it up but then have nothing left. I also don't re-watch movies, and try to find more unique movies nowadays, especially centered around women because it's different from the norm.

I like going to a theater to see a movie. I'm not particularly fond of watching them at home - I really hate just sitting in front of the TV for hours on end.

There are a few TV shows I like to watch and I will pick up movies at Redbox or the library, but that's about it. I might watch one movie a week at home. I watch more TV during winter than in summer.
