I think its getting out of hand nothing can compare to the original. Today I feel like the writers or whatever is running out of ideals and just looking for movies from the 80s to remake. They already remade most of the 80s superhero films and now they working on the cartoons.
shareThe biggest tragedy to me is that when they take something that is/was treasured and beloved and make it something so different and crap Starsky and Hutch, 21 Jumpstreet, they are effectively killing the original by burying it and making it something no one will ever watch again; destroying the appeal because of the bad taste left by the remake.
shareThey need to STOP! Most of the remakes, you couldn't pay me to go see. Very rarely is one worth the bother.
