Can swallowing a tooth make you sick?

On Halloween I was eating pizza and when I was enjoying it when I took a bite my tooth broke and I swallowed it and it had a silver crown in it and so i'm wondering if you were to swallow a tooth with a crown will I get very sick or is it harmful to my health?

No. I swallowed a baby tooth when I was 5, and that didn't cause any problems. It's only if you ate a bunch of spare change (particularly nickles) and it clogged up your intestines, then you would have to start worrying.

If you're still worried, talk to your dentist or doctor about it. They'll know more.
