Need advice of how to feel better physically


Good evening. I am writing tonight hoping to get some ideas on how to feel better physically. I'm a 32 year old female who is overall healthy...although I don't feel like I am. I don't work out but work keeps me busy enough where I'm on my feet walking around for most of the shift. I take multivitamins and supplements and get plenty of sleep. I drink 2 liters of water a day. I don't smoke and don't drink alcohol or even coffee....yet I am just sluggish all day/night at work and when I get home, I feel hopeless and depressed dreading the next day. However, when the next day comes, I feel better mentally/emotionally..but just tired physically. I don't know what to do but I feel like I'm losing my sanity. Does anyone have any advice for me? I'd greatly appreciate it.

Have you had your cortisol (stress hormone) levels checked? These often start out high in the morning and start lowering throughout the day. This is normal, but some people may have an adrenal issue which can ultimately contribute to any number of symptoms, ranging from mild to serious. Not all doctors are educated in the adrenal system, so if this is in fact what troubles you, you may need to seek out a specialist


def this.^^ also, i would have your docs test hormones like testosterone/estrogen levels. lower test levels in women can cause a myriad of symptoms.
