Need advice of how to feel better physically
Good evening. I am writing tonight hoping to get some ideas on how to feel better physically. I'm a 32 year old female who is overall healthy...although I don't feel like I am. I don't work out but work keeps me busy enough where I'm on my feet walking around for most of the shift. I take multivitamins and supplements and get plenty of sleep. I drink 2 liters of water a day. I don't smoke and don't drink alcohol or even coffee....yet I am just sluggish all day/night at work and when I get home, I feel hopeless and depressed dreading the next day. However, when the next day comes, I feel better mentally/emotionally..but just tired physically. I don't know what to do but I feel like I'm losing my sanity. Does anyone have any advice for me? I'd greatly appreciate it.
