Could someone who has the time and interest, please compile a list for me of every single leader in history from the dawn of civilization to now.

I want every single leader: Emperors, Pharaohs, Kings, Presidents, Prime Ministers, Dictators, Chancellors and so on... of every single nation or empire all compiled for me listed CHRONOLOGICALLY and the years and nations they ruled.

All you have to do is type in Google things like "List of English monarchs" or "List of pharaohs". It's not rocket science, you can easily do these things yourself. Wikipedia will most likely have a list for every single ruler, monarch, dictator etc. for any country. Just type in the country then the type of ruler you're seeking into Google and amazingly you'll get links. Don't be lazy.
