I am living in Turkey. I have a region free DVD player but how can I make a BLU RAY player region free? Which models are suitable?

Choices are:
PANASONIC DMP-BD75EG-K BLU-RAY PLAYER
SONY BDPS185B EC2 BLU-RAY DVD PLAYER
LG BP120 BLU-RAY DVD PLAYER
