Movies where the girl chooses the best friend?

I would almost always choose the best friend because they always seem to be better than the leading man. So any movies?

Well, the opposite happens in Trojan War, one of my favorite teen movies. The boy is crazy for the most popular girl in the school and spends the whole film looking for a condom but in the end figures out she just wants sex and nothing more and then he falls for his best female friend that always liked him, played by Jennifer Love Hewitt. Jennifer Love Hewitt at her hottest.

Trojan War ? Of course, it's a great movie. Even if it weren't, the sole presence of Jennifer Love Hewitt would be worth the whole movie.

I don't feel like this happens much where the lead is female. She almost always chooses the leading man.
