Retired and I love creating and playing games that test the brain matter but not too much. Any other ideas for quizzes drop me a line. What about Charades. Is that here?

Name a movie or television title using screenshots. Can be fun if not too difficult. I have to first find out how to upload and post pics here. Please show me how to work imgur.com. I mostly use Chrome browser but also Firefox. Another game idea I have is Change the Movie Title. Is that here & would MC members play them.

and then it will be a link. (Without the spaces) Under the reply window there is a link to formatting help that will show you this as well. I hope this is clear. :) I'm not the best at explaining things sometimes.

Thanks for posting! I love this section of the boards and I'm happy to see new people here, and no problem on the welcome. People were friendly to me when I got here I'm just doing the same. I don't see some of them around anymore though, so that makes me sad. But I'm happy to do your quizzes. Keep it coming. :)

I have to show you with a space between the [ and / or otherwise it would try and make it a link. Does this make sense?

It looks like you're figuring things out as far as posting links. I don't think anyone pointed this out but there is formatting help available right here on MovieChat via a link. When you make a new post it's in the lower right corner of the typing box. When you respond to a post it's in the lower left corner of the box. When you click on it, a new tab opens so you don't lose what you're working on. Caveat: I'm working on a laptop, not a smartphone.

Yes I have been using formatting. Those two images were the only ones i have been able to process. The others simply would not process after uploading. Odd. I have been attempting to build a private library to upload pics from. So far I have the pics but still to find a way to transfer them here for posting.

I do enjoy Bette Davis. She's one of many actresses and actors I like. All About Eve just happens to be a special movie to me. And I love that line....
Fasten your seat belts. It's going to be a bumpy night.

You got it right. I was talking about the Bunkers. The chairs and the little end table are displayed in the Smithsonian. They weren't always sitting though. Archie had poor Edith running all the time. LOL!
