Why do some people feel a drop in temperature when a ghost appears?
I have always wondered why. Even if ghosts aren't real and its all in the mind, why the drop in temperature?
shareI do recall there was some attempt at regulation back in the 80s with the EPA even trying to shut down the containment infrastructure at one of the labs in New York City. However, the shutdown was handled improperly and all kinds of chaos ensued.
