Who do you think is the best American artist?
Not necessarily who was the most important , but who do you think was the most talented.
shareI'm an art student, so whilst I am in no way as good as Turner or Millais for example, I am guessing my abilities are greater than yours.
I wasn't actually talking about Britain exclusively was I now, as you can clearly see I said EUROPE, and EUROPE has a greater wealth of art and literature than America. Any nitwit knows this.
(I was however talking exclusively about fine art, seeing as this is the art board, there's also a book board if you want to discuss literature.)
