This Is How To Stop Elon Musk

I’m glad that Musk and Trump dismantled USAID and NED — both nothing more than CIA cutouts used to destabilize other nations and push propaganda, which, over the past decade, has been nothing but woke drivel. The exposure and elimination of these programs were long overdue. I fully support auditing the Pentagon and cutting off its bloated funding. This is excellent.

However, when it comes to programs that actually help regular people — especially the poor — I take a hard stance against any cuts. As a National Socialist, I will never support slashing aid that goes to my White brothers and sisters who need it. Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, SNAP, EBT — whatever name they give to food and financial assistance — these programs must not be touched. In fact, they should be expanded so that the elderly, the poor, and the disabled who cannot work never have to go hungry.

I don’t trust a manic anarcho-capitalist “libertarian” like Musk to preserve these programs. He idolizes that psychopathic lunatic Javier Milei, and I have no doubt he would gladly destroy the social safety net if left unchecked. That’s why we need leverage. And now we have it. If the Democrats actually care about protecting regular people (doubtful), they should immediately revoke the $30 billion in subsidies and contracts that Tesla, SpaceX, and Musk’s other companies receive. Further, they should impose heavy fines should he attempt to dismantle these essential programs. We need real checks and balances, and this is one way to put pressure on Musk.

It's abhorrent to me that a parasite and welfare queen like Musk who get billions from the governenet is advocating for cutting assistance to regular people.

Musk, Trump and their oligarch pals don't need any of those programs. They only want tax cuts and deregulation.

I already posted all those programs are on the Chopping Block. Say adios to them. You can join unemployed federal workers and replace migrant farmers.

If you care about these programs maybe you should be doing something about it like calling your congress people.

reply

Nah! I'm laughing my head-off at all the dopey Trumpites who screwed themselves.

reply

Because you are a partisan hack. How do you know why they voted for Trump? Maybe they were single-issue voters, deeply invested in one policy that he might have even delivered on. Why should I laugh at them now just because they didn’t see this coming? I don’t fault them for not recognizing what I saw. I like Trump and agree with many of the policies he’s implemented. However, I did see this coming, which is why I didn’t vote for him. And, of course, I despise the Republicans just as much as I despise the Democrats, albeit for different reasons. But just because I foresaw this and warned others doesn’t mean I’m going to take this opportunity to mock them or make them feel worthless. People voted for Trump for a variety of reasons, and they shouldn’t be ridiculed or made to feel guilty for not focusing on this particular aspect.

reply

There is no reason why. If they still voted for him after his mediocre firsts term, they knew what they were getting into. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you.

reply

Well, if they expected Trump to deliver more and keep his promises the second time around, they turned out to be right. I certainly didn’t expect him to do this much in just the first month. If you’re a right-wing conservative who doesn’t care much about social programs, you have to admit — he’s doing a fantastic job.

He’s already kept most of his promises. He freed the January 6th prisoners, started peace talks to end the war in Ukraine, and is actually pursuing détente and a possible good relationship with Russia. He’s even talking about a more cooperative relationship with China — which I didn’t think was possible. He’s dismantled large parts of the national security state and nearly single-handedly wiped out wokeness and DEI — not just in government but even in large parts of the private sector as well. The cultural impact of his victory alone has been devastating for wokeness, reversing its dominance practically overnight. He’s closed the border and begun mass deportations — not just a few here and there, but nationwide, going hard on enforcement. He’s auditing the U.S. government, including the Pentagon, and the list goes on.

If you’re a MAGA populist Republican, you’re loving this. Personally, I agree with many of his policies but strongly oppose others, so I have mixed feelings. I’m also naturally skeptical of any politician — even Trump. But from an accomplishment standpoint, I have to admit — it’s pretty damn impressive.

reply

This is pretty much my perspective to the letter. I'm weary of Trump as I am with anyone who holds such power, particularly when gutting social services is under consideration at the same time as throwing out bread to the masses in the form of a stimulus check, but he's already accomplished more since taking office than I would've imagined. The juxtaposition is even more striking following the ineffectual Biden Administration.

reply

You're absolutely right about the contrast. In just one month, Trump has accomplished more than Bush, Obama, Biden, and even his own first term combined. Following someone as weak and incompetent as Biden, the difference is especially striking.

reply

For a welfare queen, he sure pays a lot of taxes and gets a lot of revenue for his Tesla and Space X businesses. Most welfare queens sit on their asses and collect checks from hard-working citizens.
