They used to talk about the Geneva Convention on Hogan's Heroes. They just mentioned it on the Valiant One.

Is the Geneva Convention still around?

Yes but the US bypassed it by calling all their enemies "terrorists" and therefor they can torture them legally.

The problem is, the agreements made after WWII were only limited to Western countries, and they found out really quickly how little the rules of the Geneva Convention meant during the Korean and Vietnam wars.
