It seems it only works when applied right. No one wants to hear oppressors and victims crap. If you're gonna apply it, take out the ethnic studies part of the equation.
Comparing to western Europe, specifically the liberal part of northern Italy and Switzerland, it works when it becomes so much normalized that hardly anyone talks about it, just like rarely anyone talks about the average joe living next door, everybody sees it as the most normal thing.
In this case the people in those groups don't see any need to provoke with a "pride parade" or something, they don't have to fight for acceptance, they feel accepted without that and in return the ones outside those groups don't see any need to protest against a provocative behavior that isn't there.
The fight the right wingers put up before liberals get there is what causes all the problems, has been the same thing in Europe 20-30 years ago, but western Europe got over it.
"See, you just have to grab your ankles and accede to the degeneracy and then all your problems will go away!".

Western Europe has not gotten over it yet — but it will. When fascism comes — it will. And make no mistake about it, fascism is on the horizon, it's coming, and when it comes, Europe will finally purge itself. Every non-White will be expelled. Degeneracy — gone. Feminism — gone. Woke cancer — eradicated. Foreigners — out. Order will be restored. Europe will be glorious once again.
