South American countries have not allowed US planes with illegal immigrants to land

As I mentioned previously its very hard to deport illegal aliens and here we see why. Colombia just turned away 2 airplanes filled with illegals to land in the country. Best bet the US has now is to just build one massive prison on an island and dump them there Escape from New York style.

lol🤣, Two hours after turning away those two planes, the Colombian president bends the knee and offered his presidential aircraft to repatriate deportees.

Do these flights cost money? How much does it cost to call the places in advance to ask if they'll be allowed to land?

yes it comes from US tax payers, not cheap to deport illegals.
