Fake news That’s a far left YouTuber, and he’s using random tweets to prove his point.

reply

They didn't create enough plausible deniability to create another RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA scenario, so now they are just making shit up.

reply

What we’re watching is another 5D chess move by MAGA.

The C💙LT thinks it’s circling the bases because of a few pro H1-B visa tweets.

Obama, Democrats, and their C💙LT have celebrated the H1-B visa program for 20 years 😂

Now they’ll be pushed into a corner once again. Do Democrats oppose H1-B visas now because they hate Trump? Or do they side with Trump? Wait til their braindead C💙LT is fed their latest instructions to see where they actually stand. They currently have no idea.

reply

MAGA is very happy, Trump is returning to the White House, he has made some class act Cabinet Picks, Kamala is utterly humiliated and the Democrat Cult Party is in complete disarray. What’s not to be happy about?

reply

What’s not to be happy about?

Trump is returning to the White House. And Musk will be in charge.

reply

I love both of those. Quit crying and get in line.

reply

I love both of those. Quit crying...

I give it six months to a year and the real crying from MAGAs will start...

reply

Why would you think that? It didn’t happen the first time he was in office. You’re being negative and divisive. You need to calm down, get a grip and shut the hell up because Trump is coming back and there’s not a damn thing you can do about it.

reply

Why would you think that? It didn’t happen the first time he was in office.

This time he has no need to worry about re election, Project 25 has the extreme right wing ideas all out mapped for him, SCOTUS is in his pocket and President Musk is around to move his own agenda right along

You’re being negative and divisive. You need to calm down, get a grip

And you need to stop being so rude and patronizing.

and shut the hell up

Big on free speech then are we?

reply

More conspiracy theories. Trump has disowned Project 2025 on multiple occasions. You are spreading lies and disinformation and fear mongering. Trump has been and will continue to be a great president.

I’m not rude or patronizing. I’m trying to help you recognize and own up to reality. You should be thanking me.

You don’t have the first clue what “free speech” is. The first amendment says Congress shall pass no law restricting free speech. I’m not congress nor do I have the power to pass laws nor am I forcing you to do anything. I am again giving you some much needed and helpful advice. You should be thanking me.

reply

Trump has disowned Project 2025

Although it is true that he has (falsely) claimed that he knows nothing about it or people involved in it, many of his allies are less squeamish. Portions of the plan were driven by people who were top advisers to felon Trump during his first term. Vance has deep ties to the Heritage Foundation, and in particular to Kevin Roberts, who has been president of the right-wing think tank since 2021 and is the architect of Project 2025. Vance has praised Roberts for helping to turn the organization “into the de facto institutional home of Trumpism” and has endorsed elements of Project 2025. Vance is also the author of the foreword to Roberts’s upcoming book, Dawn’s Early Light. It is not a conspiracy theory to suggest Defendant Donald might be effected and influenced by all this proximity. Sorry about that.

I’m not rude or patronizing. .. " I’m trying to help you recognize and own up to reality. You should be thanking me.. quit crying.. You need to calm down, get a grip and shut the hell up .. You should be thanking me.

Oh dear.

You don’t have the first clue what “free speech” is.

You mean it is being told to 'shut up' after all ?

You don’t have the first clue what “free speech” is. The first amendment says Congress shall pass no law restricting free speech. I’m not congress nor do I have the power to pass laws

In which case we can ignore the views of President elect Musk on the subject then. After all he is not congress either, although soon enough he might think he is. However you are being disingenuous conflating the instrument through which free speech is guaranteed, and those who rudely tell their opponents to be quiet with their objections.

reply

LOL “Felon Trump”, yeah he was “prosecuted” by a courtroom packed with Trump haters in a district that overwhelmingly voted for Brandon. It was the furthest thing from a fair trial and it was 100% political and a ploy to keep him from running just like the 2 fake impeachments, the other indictments, the J6 witch hunt, the attempt to keep him off the ballot, etc. And guess what, all of their attempts FAILED. Trump will be president again.

So sorry you are too stubborn to accept the very helpful advice I have given you but that is no one’s fault but your own.

Musk is not the “President Elect”, you clearly don’t even know what you’re talking about.

I can tell you to shut the f-ck up all I want, I am not congress and I am not passing legislation to make you shut the f-ck up. You have no idea what the constitution says, you need to take some kind of remedial civics course.

I would accept that some of the legal actions against Trump were politically motivated, or close to it. But are you really saying Defendant Donald is blameless of everything? Even when he paid people off and the fiddling of business records was clear? And what was it you were saying about conspiracy theories, just a while ago?

So sorry you are too stubborn to accept the very helpful advice I have given you but that is no one’s fault but your own... ou need to take some kind of remedial civics course.

Patronising noted. Again. Oh dear.

I don't mean literally. Have you never heard of sarcasm?

I can tell you to shut the f-ck up all I want, I am not congress and I am not passing legislation to make you shut the f-ck up. You have no idea what the constitution says,

See the distinction I made, just above, between legal instruments and the principle working in practice especially after being insisted on by those on this board as the most fervent defenders of free speech.

"I can tell you to shut the f-ck up all I want"

Good job that is not you.

reply

Yes, the indictments were 100% politically motivated and if the justice system were fair and equal then Brandon and Kamala would have been thrown in prison a long time ago and they would have been dragged through the mud for their roles in the 2020 BLM insurrections, 9-15, and 7-13 far more than Trump was for the broken windows.

No patronizing at all , just trying to help you sweetheart.

You said that Musk was the “President elect”, he isn’t. Are you going to admit you lied? Or were you just too stupid to know otherwise? It’s one or the other.

It was nonsense for you to cite the 1st Amendment. The 1st Amendment is 100% irrelevant as it is impossible for me to violate your 1st Amendment rights.

Thank you for your unbiased and balanced opinions. Clearly, Trump is a completely honest and honourable man in all he does.

No patronizing at all , just trying to help you sweetheart.

QED

You said that Musk was the “President elect”, he isn’t. Are you going to admit you lied? Or were you just too stupid to know otherwise? It’s one or the other.

I also asked if you were familiar with sarcasm. It appears you are not.

It was nonsense for you to cite the 1st Amendment. The 1st Amendment is 100% irrelevant as it is impossible for me to violate your 1st Amendment rights.

Actually it was you that dragged it in. I merely (still) note how it looks for those who presumably support free speech here, right down to the line, telling someone who disagrees with them to 'shut up'.

Have a good day.

reply

I’m glad you are starting to see reason. My opinion is unbiased and balanced and you described Trump perfectly.

Actually no that was all you. You are the one who injected “freedom of speech” into this discussion which is odd because this discussion has nothing to do with freedom of speech.

reply

My opinion is unbiased and balanced

Please look up 'irony' in the dictionary

and you described Trump perfectly.

and then 'sarcasm'.

It is when I - or anyone - is told to shut up by someone who presumably values such things. End up by looking up 'hypocrisy'.

reply

More loser talk. Suck on the next 4 years!!!!

reply

Oh dear. Look up 'projection' and, on my behalf, 'schadenfreude' while you are about it.

reply

Still loser talk. I intend to enjoy the liberal tears over the next 4 years. You all are already off to a great start!

reply

You didn't look up 'schadenfreude', did you?

reply

The walls are closing in

reply

Not for Trump, he gets to pardon himself and Presidents don't get charged while in office.

reply

he gets to pardon himself

No such thing ... besides, there's nothing to pardon since they were all bogus charges and are being dropped.

Everyone with common sense knows that the purpose of those bogus indictments was to derail his campaign and keep him from the WH. (Election Interference)

reply

No such thing

Former President Donald Trump has stated that he has the power to pardon himself for any crimes he is convicted of. Trump has tweeted in the past that "all agree the US President has the complete power to pardon". According to some conservative contextualist scholars, the Constitution appears to support Trump’s claim. Under Article II, Section 2, Clause 1, the president is given the “Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in cases of Impeachment.” With the exception of his pardon authority reaching only federal crimes and not covering individuals being or having been impeached, the president’s prerogative here appears plenary (absolute). If there are any limits, it would appear to be ones tied to the president’s oath of office and his duty to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed”—a largely self-enforcing limit recent presidential pardon practices have regularly blown past.

In short, since the text of the Constitution does not explicitly forbid self-pardons, a president arguably has the power. SCOTUS in his pocket will help things along nicely, especially with their recent ruing of Presidential immunity for 'official duties'. But of course Defendant Donald ha been wrong before and could be here..

Thank you for your opinions. Unsubstantiated as usual.

reply

Trump was hyperbolizing. Yes, sometimes he uses hyperbole, sarcasm and crypticism.

Having the power to do something does not equate that it can be done, otherwise show me where a US president has ever pardoned himself. If not than there's no such thing.

Anyone can misinterpret the Constitution.

The Constitution has been misinterpreted and violated numerous times by Congress.

Thanks for another demonstration of idiotic gaslighting as usual.

reply

With any other poster I would be optimistic enough to ask for some evidenced examples.
Anyone can misinterpret the Constitution.
The Constitution has been misinterpreted and violated numerous times by Congress.

Then please show where the relevant section means other than it does. Oh, I forgot..

otherwise show me where a US president has ever pardoned himself.

No other President has probably needed to.

If not than there's no such thing.

Something which does not follow logically.

gaslighting

To show you know the meaning of this word, please give an example in this current exchange where I have done that. But you won't.

reply

No other President has probably needed to.

And neither did Trump.

reply

In which case he won't need to pardon himself, will he?

reply

Yes because Brits are so in touch with what American conservatives want. Seriously, get a life.

Here we always read the comic section in our paper.

reply

I already knew you were fundamentally unserious people.

reply

There are more than comic sections in the paper. But the US does currently provide a good reason to laugh.

reply

And we have not given a shit what you subjects think for 250yrs.

reply

oh dear, petulance noted.

reply

So let me get this straight... for the last 9 years Trump has been a dictator that will never give up power...and suddenly he is now just going to abdicate the throne before Inauguration Day to Elon Musk?

Do you really not see the contradictions you create in your minds, in real time?

reply

Not something I have said, so not gotten straight on your part unfortunately - and something of a strawman too. As already carefully explained, a lot of comments about Musk by me were sarcasm.

reply

Sorry but we've been wise to leftist propaganda for a good while now.

I sense desperation by the leftoids while coping for their loss.
