Should Biden commute the death sentences of federal death row inmates? EDIT: BIDEN DID IT.

I say HELL NO!!!!! BURN THEM ALL!!!!!

Biden opposes the death penalty so he doesn't want Trump to execute the forty villains on Death Row. These villains are not innocent. They are guilty. I could understand commuting a sentence for someone who was deemed to be innocent BUT Biden is opposed to capital punishment. It's odd that the Biden team thinks that a couple of these guys should be executed because of the horrible nature of their crimes.

A majority of people still favor the death penalty but it does vary according to various demographic traits. The article below has some polling data but it's a bit convoluted.

Here is a list of the forty villains on death row.

EDIT: Biden pardoned 37 out of 40. The Boston bomber plus the two mass shooters are still being executed. They all should burn!

What would make a president's policies and executive orders null and void? We'll find out in the near future.

Whatever. You're just spreading conspiracy theories. The Supreme Court gave Presidents immunity from crimes committed while performing official duties so thank the Heritage Foundation for the unitary executive nonsense.

From the article:

For all of this, Project 2025 is a perverse testament to the power of ideas.

Above all else, it espouses a maximalist version of the “unitary executive theory,” the notion that the president personally controls the executive branch and can act free from checks and balances. It’s a fancy version of what Trump told civics students in 2019: “I have an Article II [of the Constitution], where I have the right to do whatever I want as president.”

Who is actually making these decisions? Biden is non compos mentis and can't make informed decisions on these matters. So someone else is making life and death decisions despite never having been invested with authority to do so.

Do you read Matt Taibbi? He wrote an interesting article on this and how the media has shown zero interest in determining who is running the country. He also discusses how this is plainly criminal conduct that will surely be investigated by the Trump DOJ
