things do change depending who is in charge. as you know, the past 4 years has been horrible...
I agree there are some things that change, but OVERALL, nothing worth leaving the country over. just individual case things that piss off THIS or THAT peoples. it's impossible to ever satisfy EVERYONE via government. someone will always get ignored.
