Do you blame Bill Clinton for 9/11 and the Afghanistan War?

After the two United Stares embassies were bombed by Osama Bill Clinton could of killed Osama and he knew where he was but did not act. In this CBS article Bill said he regrets not killing Osama even though he had the opportunity.

No. CIA was responsible for both. Bill was just a buffoon.

There was also the first WTC bombing in ‘93 and the Mogadishu blunder that the movement Blackhawk Down was based on. Even the movie pointed out the cause was incompetence from the top.

Clinton’s incompetent foreign policy was a big contributor to middle eastern terrorist acts. We also had Kobar Towers and the USS Cole on their watch.
