Trump: "I have concepts of a plan"

Obamacare is extremely difficult to just get rid of. It's like cancer that's spread metastasized, impossible to remove without killing the host. It should've never been passed in the first place. My fucking premiums doubled and have done nothing but skyrocket ever since. I've had to double my deductible just to be able to afford it.

Is it his job to fix Obamacare? He can get rid of the penalty but that sounds like something congress needs to do.
