Jack Smith really wants Trump back in the WH

New bogus charges trying to use 18 USC 1512(c), which SCOTUS booted months ago...

Nothing more than to regain the news cycle. This administration is 3rd World Shithole levels of corrupt.

Same day as the debate gets confirmed...how convenient.

reply

It's just a random person out for justice. It certainly isn't political.

But didnt the Supreme Court say he's not allowed to bring charges because no one appointed him?

reply

Yup, Smith was illegally appointed and his case invalidated but the man is like a dog with a bone.

reply

It appears that he's also trying to appeal the docs case that was tossed out by Cannon.

reply

Cult. All they are doing is giving ammo to Trump with all this persecution.

reply

All I can say is Smith doesn't seem to be too bright, he fails to understand he lacks the time to stop Trump, he fails to understand Trump doesn't turn the other cheek and forgive, he gets even and come 2025 when Trump is sworn in Smith might realize he is in a lot of trouble.

Like multiple DOJ investigations and a thorough IRS colonoscopy into not just him, but all of those who have funded him to go after Trump.

Election interference leading to the Supermax..

reply

He's doing it because it's a cult. He doesn't care about time, he must "get trump!" at all costs.

reply

Good luck, dont you remember how Muller was allowed to fuck around with trump for 3 years and the repubs held congress and still let the obvious bullshit continue. So basically the dems were still in charge because the repubs are corrupt and cowards. Congress will just appoint smith special prosecutor if trump is elected and he will drag this out for four years "the rush to get it done in months will magically disappear". Trump could declassify the shit a second time and they will still leave this asshat in place.

reply

OP believes the president is above the law.

reply

Trump will lose in November and the trials will be set in motion.
No one is sbove the law

reply

If all laws were applied evenly and fairly I would have your back. But thats never the case is it?
