What about the original claim on Twitter? What about their credibility? You have to examine their credibility first before anything else. You can't just automatically take their word for it. Ryan Dawson made the claim about U.S. organ donations for Israelis so the obligation is on her to prove it, which she doesn't.
I don't know that either source I linked to are known for false information, fake news or mis/disinformation. How do you know that either of them are known for such things? I never even heard of techarp.com until today. And you're obscuring the fact that both sources actually back up their claims. You can't ignore the proof they provide.
