You are a vapid waste of energy with nothing of value to offer the world. That you continue to breathe priceless air is a crime against the rest of humanity. Your best option, at this point, would be to stick your head inside a toilet and flush it until the lights go out.

Am I doing this correctly? I don't normally stoop to argue with knuckle draggers like yourself, so I want to make sure my insults reach their target.

There's not much moderating going on in here. I've seen some deleted accounts but I'm not sure if they were self-deletes or if the mods deleted them.

Either way, this place can get pretty rough at times. You'll often run into that "one" guy that becomes obsessed with you and will say anything to piss you off. lol...

As far as I know, it is illegal to tell people to kill themselves using any form of communication but it depends on what state you live in. Although, there is no specific law stating this, it is considered manslaughter. Case in point... a girl by the name Michelle Carter told her boyfriend to kill himself and he did it. She was convicted of involuntary ms.

Not to mention, it's just common decency not to do this to others. It's just a shame that you need someone to tell you this. How old are you?

There's been similar cases too of people telling someone or groups of people to take their own lives. That cult called Heaven's Gate and the followers of Jim Jones are good examples.

Telling someone to off themselves is a crime. It's not much different than threatening to kill someone, which the law takes pretty serious. Free speech has some limits even in the United States.

I disagree here with "the law." I disagree with a lot of laws. I suppose the USSC didn't take it on because there wasn't another circuit that ruled a different way, and the facts of this case were relatively unlikely to reoccur.

I have somewhat mixed opinions about the law surrounding this but I can see why it is illegal to tell people to take their own lives. Even on a message board where it's best not to take anyone's word serious in here, most people are in here to troll and vent their anger, lol... but it's still very controversial to say this to someone and if anything, I would call it unethical. Same with the suicide bombers you see in the world, it's a crime to tell someone to fly an airplane into a building or strap a bomb to their body and walk into a cafe and blow themselves up and take innocent lives with'em. Extremely unethical/immoral stuff.

You just don't say this to people no matter how bad you think the circumstances are, this is off limits...

Now, as for the law goes, yeah, there are laws I disagree with too, but their usually minor things, like jaywalking, drinking age, and whatnot.

Laws concerning free speech are hard to govern or analyze because of the 1st amendment rights Americans have. But still, we can't yell "fire" in a crowded theater or call 911 and tell them there's a robbery taking place when there isn't one going on etc...

So, yeah, limits do happen. The hardest thing to do is to come up with what type of punishment to give someone like Michelle Carter for telling her then boyfriend to off himself and the kid does it?? I guess all you can do is consider how much of a contribution did her words play in his death? And they came up with an answer. She got 15 months so... seems fair I suppose.
