I've never used the number of 1,400 dead Israelis. I've always said that Hamas killed over a thousand Israelis on October 7th. So this new statistic doesn't change what I said. And Israel never lied about that number. 1,400 was the initial number given right after the attack. The lower number available now is a result of Israel having had more time to fully investigate the casualties. The same thing happened in the U.S. after 9/11. In the immediate aftermath of the 9/11 attack the number of dead was thought to be much higher than 3,000.
All that matters is that Hamas massacred over a thousand Israelis. The exact number who were babies doesn't matter. The exact number who were civilians doesn't mattter. The fact that 70% of the Israelis killed were civilians isn't justified by the fact that the other 30% were soldiers and cops. There was never any Israeli narrative that Hamas exclusively targeted civilians. You just made that up out of thin air. Israel always acknowledged that soldiers and cops were targeted and killed by Hamas on October 7th.
And all it proves is that the Israelis are honest about their casualties while Hamas continues to lie about Palestinian casualties. You have no idea how many Palestinians have really died, how many of them were really civilians or how many of those dead were actually killed by the IDF.
Israel is NOT indiscriminately killing hostages by bombing Gaza. You don't have any evidence that even a single Israeli hostage was killed by Israeli bombing in Gaza. Apparently, it's still okay for you to lie.
The true facts of October 7th are enough to justify Israel's destruction of Hamas in Gaza.

Israel hasn't "slaughtered" anyone. It's simply fighting a war. It's doing what it has to do to destroy Hamas. Thousands of Gazan civilians have only died because Hamas continue to fight a war against Israel while using those same civilians as a human shield. If the Gazans are suffering so much then hasn't Hamas released all the hostages yet? Why did Hamas do the 10/7 attack if it's made things so much worse for Gazans?
Never Again is NOT happening now. What's happening to Gazans even pales in comparison to what happened to the Germans during World War II, when 300,000-600,000 German civilians were killed by Allied bombing. When Jews vowed 'Never Again' they clearly weren't referring to what happened to the Germans. Israel is just a state defending itself.
