I didn’t even get through the first minute. Your goals for your own health and fitness are your own business, don’t let anyone knock you off your path. Just accept the label and move on. These people are just taking out their insecurities on you, because misery loves company.

the guys channel is great if you can through other vids. But yes and they say its fatphobic if you dont date them either.

They love blaming others for their situation. youd think thyroid issues are in 40% of the population according to them.

Yaaaa they are all good til they hit 30 and act like they are healthy as a horse. then the back problems, arthritis, heart and breathing issues, diabetes etc all kick in

I'm one of only 3 men in my building that do not have a beach ball attached to their lower torsos. The other 2 are 10 and 20 years younger than me.

well the difference between overweight and healthy can literally be afew extra bites (calories) over afew years. I get it its a slow creeping and thats why it seems so "hard". but also when the persons 400lbs its not really.

ive been binging recently two really good channels. that talk about fitness, psychology, attractiveness and diet.

they ahve a variety of videos within this topic, like how and why exactly fast food is so addictive and like a literal drug.
