They are mental cases.

There should be no pride in being this way.
Only shame.

Just because one of them did a mass shooting does not mean they are all evil.
Just that one individual.
Just like how there are straight, white normal Republican men who also do mass shoot...
OK they are an exception since they are all evil such as being pro gun and anti abortion.
(Wait and kill the kid until he is out of the womb and in school!)
Just not all trannies or this one act does not define all of them.

A lot of them are men who are losers at their sport then fake it to be a woman so they can be a "winner" and beat women athletes.
They could also be incel losers who just want to get a peek at naked women in the locker room since that is the only chance they ever have at getting one without paying for it.
Many states are creating laws to stop this and even women sports groups and other "feminists," are against these laws.

There are so called "doctors," and other health "professionals" that encourage children, along with their parents and other adult peers, to change their genders when they do not want to.
There are now being laws against this and trannies themselves and their supporters are against these laws.

I may have exaggerated it a bit or perhaps stretched the truth to some degree and you are welcome to show where I might have done that.

I was complaining about the cynical line in your OP that right wingers opposed to abortion are just waiting until kids are in the classroom to kill them. Things are too raw for a wisecrack like that. Otherwise, I was expressing support in general for thinking independently of left or right partisans on MovieChat.

Putting all this aside, I’m now interested it why you’re citing to this Washington Post article. Are you saying it supports the take you express in the OP? I read it to criticize rational legislative efforts to immunize children from the transgender dogma. I’m confused about what you’re trying to say

Because I mistook you comment about being offended by my kids remark meaning the last point of how they may be manipulated into starting the medical transgender process.
So I was proving that happened but I guess I did not have to with you.

The only thing I am not too sure of though are these claims, usually by right wing posters on msg. boards, if there really are groomers who are manipulating the kids to go through this radical, permanent life change that the child may not really want.
And by "groomers," I mean a tranny who is a family member or someone else that knows the child as opposed to a straight, cis Dr. who is looking for a fat payday from the family.
I am under the impression that some think that is what, "Drag queen story hour," is really all about.
Is it? I don't know.
IMO a child is way too young to even start to think of making those changes and should wait until they are an adult of 18-21 so I am glad to see that some states are becoming woke to pass such laws.
Where the trannies are not happy with this does not do their side any favors.

Good questions.

Not like I am doing it on purpose.
Just that I see things from both points of view and will agree or disagree with different sides on certain things.
I feel like I am too radical for the left and not conservative enough for the right.

Why they cannot accept that or just make assumptions without asking things first, I dunno.

Do you have anything more specific about trans people that you wish to discuss? Your OP has a lot of different starting points.

Are they really "mental cases"?
Should they (or not) have the right to use ladies' rooms?
Or compete against women in sports?
What's your opinion about doctors pushing children to transition? What are your reasons?

I thought you were an open-minded progressive.

Even if you have any qualms about trans-rights, do you have to use terms like 'trannies'? How is that remotely helpful?

People are beginning to doubt you here, saying you're 'playing both sides'.

They initially did that with me, but I think they now see that I'm a staunch progressive on *issues* and *principles* even though I'm often critical of individual Democrats/self-identifying 'liberals' (in other words, my principles and beliefs are fairly consistent, even if I do often attack various institutions, both right-wing and *ostensibly* left-wing, especially hypocritical ones).
